LaFate Gallery

A vibrant cultural and community-centered art gallery in Wilmington, Delaware, founded by award-winning Jamaican-born folk artist Eunice LaFate. More than a traditional gallery, LaFate Gallery serves as a creative “vision center” where art, education, diversity, and community engagement intersect. Through colorful works inspired by Caribbean heritage, African American culture, caregiving, and the human experience, the gallery celebrates diversity, promotes unity, and encourages meaningful dialogue. In addition to showcasing original artwork, exhibitions, workshops, and community programs, LaFate Gallery is dedicated to using art as a tool for healing, cultural awareness, and social impact, making it a distinctive destination for both art lovers and community advocates.
